By this Interim Application, the Applicant is 1/3

seeking permission to be impleaded as proposed Plaintiff No. 3 and for carrying out the consequential amendments in the body of the Plaint.

There is no objection to the relief sought for in the interim relief being granted.

In view thereof, following order is passed. :- (i) The Applicant/proposed Plaintiff is permitted to be joined/impleaded as Plaintiff No. 3.

(ii) Consequential amendments shall be carried out in the body of the Plaint as per the schedule annexed to the Interim Application.

(iii) Amendment shall be carried out by the Plaintiff forthwith.

(iv) Re-verification is dispensed with.

(v) Interim Application is accordingly disposed of on the above terms.

(vi) Defendant No. 1 is permitted to file supplemental Written Statement to the amended Plaint which shall be filed within a period of two weeks from the date of this order i.e. on or before 13th April 2022.
