Heard. The motion is taken out for restoration of the above writ petition. On 22.12.2015 a conditional order was passed. As the applicant did not remove the office objections, the petition was dismissed.

In view of the statement and in view of the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, the motion is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), 4.
