Mr. Das appearing for respondent no.2, at the outset, states that respondent no.2 has taken over the liability of petitioners to respondent no.1 and is the assignee in respect of the loan that was given to petitioners in each of the petition. Mr. Das makes a solemn statement that petitioners have paid the entire amount under the loan as well as arbitral award and respondents have also issued a no due certificate. Mr. Das states that a copy of the no due certificate in each of the petition, will be filed in the court during the course of today.
In view of the above, all the petitions dismissed.

Mr. Das handed over the no due certificates in all the petitions. The said no due certificates are taken on record and marked as "X" in Arbitration Petition No.565 of 2017, marked "X-1" in Arbitration Petition No.566 of 2017 and marked "X-2" in Arbitration Petition No.570 of 2017, for identification.
