The petitioner by this petition filed on 5/5/2015 is principally challenging the suspension order passed by respondents No. 1 and 2 dated 15/01/2013 and the enquiry initiated based upon the same dated 31/8/2013.

No other relief can be granted at this stage including the compensation so claimed.

By keeping all points open, we direct respondents No. 1/2

40)OSWP1077.15 1 and 3 to complete the enquiry as early as possible preferably within three months. This is with clear understanding that both the parties will endeavour to finish the enquiry within prescribed period so referred above.
