In view of Apex Court order dated 2nd September, 2013 it is not necessary to monitor the investigation in respect of the complaint which has been lodged against the Respondent. Further we are informed that a charge-sheet has already been filed. Thus, in view of the order of the Apex Court dated 2nd September, 2013 and the fact that a charge-sheet is already filed, it is not necessary to keep this PIL pending. Hence, PIL is disposed of.
