The above Suit was dismissed in the year 1997 and admittedly not restored till date. However, the Applicant / Plaintiff has taken out the above Notice of Motion seeking certain interim orders in the Suit, which is already dismissed. A firm of Solicitors like Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt and Caroe ought to know that no interim orders can be sought by way of Notice of Motion in the year 2013, in a Suit which was already dismissed in the year 1997.
