The substance of the application is that the Official Liquidator be directed to consider the claim of applicant nos.1 and 2 as the legal representatives of late Bhaskar Jamnadas Mhatre.

Though the applicant has couched the prayers in wide terms, yet there does not seem any impediment in directing the Official Liquidator to consider the claim of applicant nos.1 and 2.

Hence the Official Liquidator is directed to consider the claim of applicant nos.1 and 2 as the legal representatives of late Bhaskar Jamnadas Mhatre.
