The Petition for Letters of Administration with Will annexed was filed by one Uttam Rangnath Andhale. He died intestate on 6th October 2014. The present Chamber Summons seeks to add his widow and two minor children as the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner. The two minors are represented through their mother and natural guardian, the original Petitioner's widow.
