We are informed that one Subhash Chanda was appointed as Dafatary in Delhi Office of the Custodian and a similar order, which is impugned in this petition, was passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Delhi and that order has been implemented. However, the Petitioners have challenged the order

2/2 WP 1019 of 2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Bombay Bench, Mumbai in favour of the Respondent.

It appears that the Petitioners are not keen in pursuing this petition. Hence, writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. M.S. SONAK, J.
