The Interim Application is taken out by the ApplicantCorporation for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.14,48,19,014/- deposited in this Court in Writ Petition No.1148 of 2010, which stands disposed of.

The Petitioner and the Applicant-Corporation (original Respondent No.2) have arrived at a settlement. Learned Counsel for the Applicant-Corporation has tendered a copy of the letter dated 16th June 2021 of the Advocate for the Petitioner addressed to the Applicant-Corporation that the Petitioner has no objection for withdrawal of the amount. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has reiterated before us that the Petitioner has no objection if the amount deposited by the Applicant-Corporation along with accrued interest, is allowed to be withdrawn by the Applicant-Corporation.

In view of the above, we allow the Interim Application in terms of Prayer Clause (a) and permit the Applicant-Corporation to withdraw the aforesaid amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest.

The Interim Application is allowed accordingly and to stand disposed of.
