The primary grievance of the Petitioner in the present petition was the stand of the Respondent in not permitting the amendment to the Import General Manifest. By a detailed order dated 8 October 2021, the Respondents were directed to give personal hearing to the Petitioner and take a decision on the application for amendment or substitution of the Import General Manifest.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the amendment was granted by the competent authority which decision was challenged 1 of patilsr by SACHIN RAMCHANDRA PATIL Date: 2023.01.07 14:02:32 +0530 SACHIN RAMCHANDRA PATIL

by the Respondent in an appeal and in the appeal, an order is passed on 26 September 2022, which is now challenged by the Petitioner in Writ Petition (Ld.) No. 26252 of 2022. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will raise all such contentions that are available to the Petitioner in Writ Petition (Ld.) No.26252 of 2022. 4.
