After the learned Counsel for the parties were heard for some time, it will be in the interest of justice that the prayers as made in the application are allowed, however with a modification that now the cross examination of the advocates would be scheduled between 16 March 2020 to 26 March 2020 which is agreed between the parties as under:- (i) From Monday to Friday between 5.15 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. (ii) On Saturday From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

It is clarified that there shall not be any further modification of the programme for cross-examination.
