Heard Mr. Tiwari and also considered the interim application. In view of what is stated in the interim application, the delay is condoned. The Official Liquidator shall consider the claim on behalf of the deceased workman and dispose of the same in accordance with law. Applicant shall provide to the Official Liquidator the Succession Certificate/Heirship Certificate or Probate or such similar document to prove that applicant is the sole legal heir to be entitled for the benefits of the workman.

In view of the above, Interim Application accordingly stands disposed.
