The learned counsel appearing for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation on instructions states that the proposal submitted by the petitioner has been rejected and that the Municipal Corporation will communicate the reasons for rejection to the petitioner or to the petitioner's architect.

In this Petition the challenge is only to the report at Exhibit - A and remark "document rejection - technical rejection".

wp-825.17 After reasons are communicated, the petitioner will have to adopt appropriate remedy in accordance with law for challenging the rejection of the application.

Accordingly, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order:-

ORDER

(i) We direct the Municipal Corporation to communicate the reasons for rejection of the proposal to the petitioner or to the petitioner's architect within a period of two weeks from today;

(ii) After the reasons are communicated, it will be open for the petitioner to challenge the action of rejection in accordance with law ;
