This chamber summons is taken out to correct the prayer clause in the plaint and also the particulars of claim annexed to the plaint. The counsel for the applicant states that inadvertently the plaintiff has sought interest on interest. Therefore, the counsel seeks leave to amend. The chamber summons has been served on the respondents and an affidavit of service of Jitendra Chiman affirmed on 26th April 2016 is also filed. None appeared for the respondents.
