P.C.:

1.

The petitioner's short grievance is that its return of income for the assessment year 2016-17 has not yet been processed by the Assessing Officer. As a result, the petitioner is not paid the refund of sizable amount arising out of such return. On 25.4.2019, after recording the controversy in brief, we had given time to the learned counsel for the Respondents upto 6.6.2019 for filing reply, if any.

Learned counsel Mr. Chanderpal for the Department stated that he does not wish to file any reply. He, instead, stated that the petitioner's return in question would be processed within four weeks from today. Whatever be the consequences of the process of return, would obviously be followed.
