After the order of 16-4-2014 passed in this petition, much water has flown. Now, there are two Division Bench orders of this Bench taking notice of the subsequent developments in the field and particularly the orders of the previous Benches presided over by Shri Justice Anoop V. Mohta and Shri Justice A.S. Oka (as Their Lordships then were).

In the light of the Judgment recently pronounced by this Court, a request was made to list all the petitions challenging the notice under Section 354 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 and in which matters protection was granted. This is one more litigation of such a nature but we find that the petitioners' Advocate and the petitioners both are absent.
