NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 1323 OF 2013 The counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs states that they have not even been served copy of this notice of motion and nobody is present for the applicants today. The notice of motion has been filed on 25th September 1/3

2013. More than three years have passed. In view of the directions given below in suit directing the plaintiffs to file affidavit of evidence, nothing survives in the notice of motion.

Therefore, the notice of motion stands dismissed. NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 1629 OF 2012 Shri Raheja, counsel for the plaintiffs states that by 12th November 2016, they will file affidavit in reply and also serve copy thereof upon the applicants' Advocate.

Notice of Motion be listed for hearing on 17th November 2016. SUIT NO. 2531 OF 2011 The counsel for the plaintiffs states that further to the order dated 26th November 2015, the plaintiffs have filed their affidavit of documents and also compilation. The defendants have taken inspection of the documents and also provided statement of admission and denial. Within four weeks from today, the plaintiffs to file their list of witnesses and affidavit in lieu of examination in chief and serve a copy thereof upon the defendants on or before 20th November 2016. 2/3
