Grievance of the Petitioners is that of denial of promotion to the Petitioners to the post of Sub-Engineer. This petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Respondent Corporation to consider and decide the Petitioners' representation dated 06/02/2016 and 11/02/2016 Ex.J to the petition, in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today.
