In view thereof, the proposed Defendant No.1 is not required to be joined as party Defendant to the above Suit. 2.

As far as proposed Defendant Nos.2 to 4 are concerned, they are joined as party Defendant Nos.2 to 4 to the above Suit. However, all contentions of the parties are kept open. Amendments to be carried out on or before 20th April, 2018. The ssp 1/2
