NOTICE OF MOTION NO.1698 OF 2013 This Notice of Motion has been lodged on 13.12.2013, prior to liquidation. Mr.Sutar for plaintiffs states that the applicant never moved for any ad-interim relief or any relief was granted. There is nothing on record today to show as to how the situation has changed between December-2013 and today. Therefore, no order in the Notice of Motion. Notice of Motion disposed.
