DATE : 15 DECEMBER 2022 P.C. :- The Petitioner has a grievance regarding the structure put up by the Respondent No.4, who is also a tenant as like the Petitioner of Respondent No.3 having his premises next to his shop. The Petitioner has brought the fact to the notice of the Respondent - Municipal Corporation and according to the Petitioner, the Municipal Respondent - Municipal Corporation has issued a notice to Respondent No.4, and the occupier of Shop No.18 in the premises.

Once the Petitioner, who otherwise does not have any personal right to prosecute, has brought to the notice of the statutory authorities and since notice is already issued, it is not necessary for us
