In view of the Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name issued on 3rd March, 2015 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, copy whereof is annexed to the affidavit in support, the chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed of in terms of prayer clause -(a).

Further to the order dated 14th March, 2016, the witness - Mr. Vikram Dharampaul Seth is present in court. The counsel for the plaintiff states that the evidence of this witness has been filed in the registry on 29th February, 2016. The same, however is not available in the record and proceedings in the court.

Therefore, stand over to 5th May, 2016 at 3.00 p.m. for marking of documents on which date Mr. Vikram Dharampaul Seth to remain present in court.
