This application is by way of speaking to the minutes of the order dated 07.01.2022.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that the prayer clause 'c' is for extension certificate to be granted for completely new shares found as per the schedule annexed to the present Interim Application at Exhibit-D which has not been included in the said order. Waghmare 1/2

2.IA.225.22 in TP.477.20.doc Having considered the application, it appears that inadvertently this prayer has not been included and shall accordingly be included after (iv) of the operative order at page 3 of the said order and which shall reads as under :

"That Extension Certificate may be granted for the completely new shares found as per the schedule annexed to the present Interim Application at Exhibit D." The Testamentary Department is directed to grant the extension certificate for the completely new shares found as per the schedule annexed to the Interim Application at Exhibit-D. Praecipe is disposed of.
