Since the examinations conducted by the MPSC for making appointment to the posts of Civil Judge, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate, in the year 2017 are already over and the final list of selected candidates has also been declared, the challenge raised in the instant petition to entry 3(c)(i) under Table 'C' of Rule 5, Chapter III of the Maharashtra Judicial Service Rules 2008, is rendered infructuous. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
