Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority & Ors.1, wherein in paragraph 91.10, the following directions are issued: "That all pending litigation shall be disposed of in view of the aforesaid orders passed by us and shall be disposed of by the Court(s) accordingly."
