The matter was called out again. However, none appears in support of the petition even now.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition.

Accordingly, the petition be placed on board under the caption "Dismissal" on 01/07/2019."

On 1st July, 2019 we passed the following order :- "Writ petition is called out for dismissal. However looking at the exigencies due to heavy rain, as and by way of last chance stand over till 3rd July, 2019 for dismissal."

Today also none appears for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. 4.

Rule discharged. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.
