This Notice of Motion seeks condonation of four days delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned order dated 4th May, 2017 passed by the Tribunal for Assessment Year 2011-12.

We have perused the Affidavit dated 21st March, 2018 in support of the Motion and are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for the delay. Accordingly, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
