The Notice of Motion seeks that the Testamentary Suit (for Letters of Administration with Will Annexed) which is of 2017 be expedited since the parties are senior citizens. I have Testamentary Suits pending from 1984 (reported by the Court Associate) and those parties are no younger than the ones here. 2.

The Notice of Motion is dismissed. However, I will, with the consent of the parties, immediately take up the suit for framing issues and further directions as to trial separately. That will 24th July 2018
