Further to the order dated 12th February, 2018, Mr. Ansari, counsel for petitioner confirms that petitioner's claim has been settled in full and final settlement as the cheque issued by Mr. S. Singh, ex-director of the company from his personal account has been honored. Respondent company has placed on record an affidavit of one Shashi Singh affirmed on 5th March, 2018 proving advertisement of public notice about the proposed settlement/withdrawal in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 24th February, 2018.

Mr. Sanghavi, counsel for respondent company and Mr. Aithe, Company Prosecutor for Official Liquidator state that they have not received any claim or objection from any party pursuant to the said notice. In the circumstances, petition stands disposed. Official Liquidator also stands discharged.
