1.The Advocate appearing for the Plaintiff informs that the Plaintiff has settled the matter with Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries Co. Limited (Plaintiff in Admiralty Suit 70 of 2015) and therefore the Plaintiff be allowed to withdraw the above Suit. 2.In the Settlement Agreement, Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries Co. Limited (Plaintiff in Admiralty Suit 70 of 2015) has undertaken to pay poundage to the Sheriff of Mumbai. The undertaking is accepted. Hyundai Sambo Heavy ssp 1/2

Industries Co. Limited is directed to pay the poundage within two weeks from today 3.In view of the settlement, the above Suit is allowed to be withdrawn. 4.Refund of Court fees, if any, as per Rules. 5.The pending Chamber Summons and Notice of Motion filed in the above Suit also stand disposed off.
