The learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Commercial Suit No.5 of 2008 and Commercial Summary Suits Nos.19 of 2010, 21 of 2010, 25 of 2010, 22 of 2010, 6 of 2009, 7 of 2008, 10 of 2009, 9 of 2009, 11 of 2009, 8 of 2009, 7 of 2009, 5 of 2009 and 23 of 2010 as the grievances of the plaintiff have been redressed in view of the Government Resolution dated 4th January, 2023.

In view of the aforesaid statement, leave is granted. 4.
The Commercial Suit No.5 of 2008 and Commercial Summary Suits Nos.19 of 2010, 21 of 2010, 25 of 2010, 22 of 2010, 6 of 2009, 7 of 2008, 10 of 2009, 9 of 2009, 11 of 2009, 8 of 2009, 7 of 2009, 5 of 2009 and 23 of 2010 are disposed as withdrawn. 5.
The plaintiff is entitled to refund of Court fees in accordance with the rules.

In view of the disposal of the suits, the pending application(s) also sands disposed.
