The Miscellaneous Petition seeks legal heirship certificate in respect of the Plaintiff and others mentioned in paragraph 4 of the petition. The application is sought under the provisions of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827. The deceased died in a car accident. The heirship certificate is sought in response to a requisition made by Nayef Al Naama, Lawyers & International Arbitrators for lodging of a claim of insurance with General Takaful Insurance Company, Doha, Qatar. A proclamation has been issued in pursuance of an order passed by this Court. The proclamation has been duly displayed on the High Court notice board. There is no contest to the petition in response to the proclamation. The heirs described in paragraph 4 of the petition have filed their respective consent affidavits. Accordingly, the petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the petition. ( S.C. GUPTE, J. ) Pg 1 of 1
