The counsel for the applicant states that there has been an error in the calculation made by the official liquidator inasmuch as according to the official liquidator, certain installments have been paid whereas factually these installments have not been paid. The counsel requests that the delay in filing their objection with the official liquidator be condoned and their objection be taken on record so that the official liquidator may re-consider the same.
