This application is filed by the original Petitioner praying for condonation of delay of 511 days in filing the present Appeal. This Appeal is filed for challenging the judgment and order dated 25th June 2018 passed in Arbitration Petition No. 159 of 2017. The reasons for condonation of delay are stated in paragraphs 3 to 7 of 29th July 2022

Hence, the Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

It is further directed that the Appellant in the Appeal shall serve a copy of this Appeal on the Advocates for the Respondents before the next date.

List the Appeal for admission on 24th August 2022. 5.
