ORDER

(a) Parties agree to refer the underlying dispute of this company petition and counter claim if any to sole arbitration of an arbitrator to be appointed by the court ;

(b) Ms.Priyanka Kothari, an advocate practicing in this court is appointed as sole arbitrator to arbitrate on all disputes arising out of, in connection with and relating to the underlying dispute of this petition and counter claim if any ;

(c) The fees, administrative expenses, typing charges and venue KJ

2/2 cp425.15-901 charges if any, to be shared equally between the parties and the same will be cost in the arbitral proceedings ;

(d) Within two weeks of receiving a communication from either the advocate for petitioner or advocate for respondent, the arbitrator shall make a disclosure in writing directly to the parties as required under Section 11(8) read with 12(1) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 ;

(e) All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open except challenging the appointment of arbitrator ;
