The learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned Advocate for the Revenue are ad idem that the case of the petitioner is governed by the order dated July 12, 2021 in Writ Petition No. 128 of 2021. 2.

In the present case also, the grievance of the petitioner is in regard to the action of respondents blocking of credit in the electronic credit ledger of the petitioner by virtue of which the petitioner could have availed the benefit of credit. The same was blocked on 16th February 2021.

As the period of one year has been lapsed, the said blockage has ceased to have effect.

The writ petition is accordingly stands disposed of. The contentions on merit are kept open.
