DATE : 16th APRIL 2019 P.C.:

Chamber order is for restoration of the suit, which came to be dismissed by self-operating order dated 07.02.2019. Mr. Kamble states that most of the office objections were relating to submitting english translation of documents relied upon in the plaint and he has already applied to the office of Chief Interpreter and Translator of this court by an application dated 10.12.2018 and has also paid all necessary charges. Mr. Kamble states that he is yet to receive translation.

2.

This is a commercial suit and I am surprised that it has taken more than 4 months to even translate the documents. Therefore, the office of the Chief Interpreter and Translator is directed to provide the translations within four weeks from today.
