This is the Plaintiffs' Chamber Summons. It is allowed in terms of prayer clause (c). Amendments to be carried out in the Plaint and the Notice of Motion on or before 19th April 2017. 2.

It is clarified that the product that is sought to be introduced by the amendment, i.e., invisible tapes with dispenser is already part of the Court Receiver's report. It is at item no. 8 of the inventory. 3rd April 2017

The previous order allowing the Defendants to take away the goods while directing retention of the packets will apply in respect of this additional product as well.
