The Interim Application seeks an amendment to the grant of Letters of Administration. The Grant was issued on 18th November 2019. It seems that the Petitioner was unaware that the deceased, her ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL mother, had a savings bank account with UCO Bank, Juhu Vile Parle by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2021.02.11 11:02:22 +0530 (W) Branch, Mumbai. The details are set out in paragraph 3 of the Interim Application.

The maximum Court Fee has been paid on the Petition. 3.

There is no impediment to the grant of relief. 10th February 2021

The Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:

"(a) The Petitioner may be allowed to amend the Schedule No. 'I' annexed to the said Petition to include the said amount as being the asset to her late mother named above, and to carry out the consequential amendments within four weeks from the date of the Order on this application, as under: To add as Item No 38 in Schedule No. 'I' to the Petition ― "Amount standing to the credit of S.B. Account No. 12690100000824 in the name of the deceased, in UCO Bank, Juhu Vile Parle (W) Branch, Mumbai with further due interests thereon till payment. Rs.1,02,557.21. (b) The Registry may be directed to amend the grant, after the Petitioner furnishes further Administration Bond for the aforesaid amount."

Re-verification dispensed with since the Applicant is out of India and due to current restrictions will not be able to travel. 6.
