This chamber summons is taken out by the original Plaintiff seeking to add averments as well as prayer for damages as an alternative to the specific performance. The chamber summons is not opposed by the Defendant. The chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Plaintiff / Applicant to pay additional court fees based on the prayer added in the suit. Re-verification is dispensed with. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
