Heard the learned Counsel for the Plaintiff and the learned Counsel for Defendant No.2.

The Plaintiff has filed Affidavit in lieu of examination in chief, Affidavit of documents and compilation of documents on 3 rd October, 2016.

It does not appear that the Defendants have made a statement of admission and denial of documents.

The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff further submits that the suit is directed to be heard and decided expeditiously. 5.

Since the Suit is listed before the Court after a considerable period, by way of indulgence, two weeks time is granted to the Defendants to make statement of admissions and denial of documents and serve copy on the Plaintiff. 6.

List the Suit for recording further examination in chief of Plaintiff's first SSP 1/2
