The above Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking the following relief :

"(a)issue appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to investigate and adjudicate upon the complaints/representations made by the Petitioners against the illegal acts of Respondent No.3 and its directors with respect to the redevelopment of Asgar Mansion, unto Bismillah Residency, Sir J.J.Road, Opp, J.J.Hospital, Mumbai - 400 008 in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice;" 2.

The Chief Engineer, Development Plan, of the Respondent Corporation SSP 1/2

10 wp 3275 of 2019.doc shall consider the representation/s of the Petitioners, hear the parties including Respondent No.3 and pass his orders strictly on merits within a period of four weeks from today. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
