The above Company Application is filed by the Ex-Director of the Respondent Company ( in liquidation) seeking the following reliefs : "(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to recall the ex-parte order dated 26th February, 2015 wherein the Applicant Company was ordered to be wound up and the Official Liquidator was ordered to be appointed.

(b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to restore and dispose of Company Petition No. 543 of 2014, accordingly".

The above Petition was admitted by an order dated 9th January, 2015. The admission of the Petition was advertised in newspapers on 14th January, 2015.

Perused the above Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the above Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The above Petition is taken up for hearing and final disposal. The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner states that the claim of the Petition is settled and seeks to withdraw the above Petition. No advertisement is directed to be issued since the earlier order dated 9th January, 2015 was advertised on 14th January, 2015 and no claims have been received.

The above Application is accordingly disposed of. 6.
