Advocate on behalf of the plaintiffs states that the plaintiffs have taken away the papers and the NOC for appointing any other Advocate has been given by the plaintiffs' Advocate to the plaintiffs on 3rd February 2007. A photocopy of the NOC in the fresh vakalatnama sought by the plaintiffs is tendered. The plaintiffs have not appeared and have not been represented despite the NOC of the previous Advocate. The plaintiffs failed to appear on 15th January 2015. Hence the suit has been kept for dismissal. The plaintiffs have not appeared even thereafter. Suit is dismissed for want of prosecution and for default.
