Having heard the petitioner's Advocate, we do not think that the High Court should interfere with a condition imposed for stay of deposit of sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. Apart from the amount being too meagre, we do not think that the condition imposed is either unfair or arbitrary or excessive, rendering the right of appeal illusory. There is no merit in the writ petition. It is dismissed.
