The Interim Application is for amendment to the schedule to a Probate obtained on 11th December 2019. The Will in question is dated 20th October 2014 made by one Laxman Sitaram Shanbhag who died in Mumbai on 16th July 2017. It seems that there are ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL misdescriptions to the schedule to the original Probate Petition and by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2021.02.11 11:02:23 +0530 these are inadvertent errors that must be corrected. They are related to immovable property i.e. land.

The Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
