Perused the order dated 13th February 2020. We are informed by the learned Advocate for the MMRDA as well as the Petitioners that the Corporation has acted on the notice dated 22nd December 2017 and have demolished the structures forming the subject matter of the said notice. Statement is accepted. 3.

As far as the Interim Application fled by the Respondent No. 7 is concerned, the learned Advocate seeks to withdraw the same and fle appropriate proceedings, if so advised. 4.

The Interim Application is therefore disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as sought.
