By consent of the parties, the disputes which are the subject matter of the Agreement dated 18-02-2011 are referred to the sole arbitration of Mr. Gautam Khandelwal. The parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrator on 04-04-2016 at 5.00 p.m., and obtain necessary directions in the matter. The present Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, shall be treated by the learned Arbitrator as Petition under Section 17 of the Act, and decided in accordance with law.
