The Chamber Order is allowed, the order dated 3rd November, 20144 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court is set aside and Defendant No. 1 is directed to file its Written Statement within a period of two weeks from today.

A copy of the Written Statement shall be forthwith served on the Advocate for the Plaintiff.
